Lightweight foam midsole made with 10% Bloom™ foam, an algae-biomass-containing material. Molded rubber outsole with high-traction rubber. Heel height 1 ¼", platform height 1". Wipe clean by hand using warm water. Washing your shoes as seldom as possible is recommended.
